岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
1)对企业产品和品牌进行电话推广;
Popularize products and brand through phone calls;
2)根据公司提供的客户信息,主动联系客户,电话邀约客户到学习中心参观咨询或者活动参与;
Contact customers initiatively in term of the information provided by the company, invite customers telephonically to visit our learning center;
3)受理中心电话投诉和电话咨询等事宜,为客户提供快速、准确和专业的咨询和服务。
Deal with daily telephone complaints and enquires, provide efficient, accurate and professional services.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1)声音甜美,普通话标准,思想积极向上;
Welcoming and friendly voice, as well as a positive attitude;
2)思维敏捷,反应快,有良好的电话沟通技巧和服务意识;
To be intellectual with excellent communication skills,
3)有良好的抗压能力,工作积极主动;
To be self-motivated, and work well under pressure;
4)有电话客服或营销服务专业毕业者优先。
Those who majored in telephone services or marketing services are preferred.
