Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair computer systems, computer peripherals, servers, backup systems, and infrastructure equipment. Install and upgrade company standard software applications. Utilize help software to document and status daily work assignments. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and adequate years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the help desk, desktop support, and LAN/WAN fields. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to an IMS Lead or IT Manager
