职位职责
- Report to the Board of Director and be responsible for managing a team of senior management staff and leading the entire operations to achieve business objectives, including manpower planning, staff training, procurement and marketing share
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official occasions, plus liaise with major vendors, customers, related associations and government bodies
- Explore and identify business opportunities, plan and implement business development programs to establish greater sales network and achieve the targeted sales turnover
- Ensure best manpower utilization, driving service enhancement
- Initiate to upgrade the company image
- Enhance service operational workflow and system, budget and resources planning
- Oversee continued business growth through strong R&D and marketing sense
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance in line with strategies and objectives
职位要求
- Degree / Master holder in Business or IT Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in IT market with over 5 years experience in senior management level
- Strong innovation and competition spirit, with strategic thinking for the active project
- Excellent in negotiation, effective communications, coaching with strong managerial ability
- Willing to work under pressure and proactive in continuous improvement
- Aggressive, energetic, responsible and result-orientated
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
