Job Description 职位描述:
1.Define the telecom product EMC compliance strategy and roadmap
2.Participate telecom product EMC design in board level and rack level.
3.Coordinate/Lead/Perform EMC qualification.
4.In-situ EMC troubleshooting.
5.Participate EMC/EMF standardization
6.EMC/EMF consulting
Candidate Requirements 应聘人员条件：
1.Bachelor or above
2.At least 3 years EMC working experience in Telecom industrial
3.Can apply relevant EMC standards into design such as ETSI 300386,IEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61000-3-3,and IEC 61000-4-2 to IEC 61000-4-12, CISPR 22, CISPR 24, GR1089, FCC part15 and relevant China standards.
4.Have field simulation skill with tools like FLO/EMC or CST or HFSS
5.Have high-Speed circuit design and simulation skill with APSIM etc.
6.Familiar with EMC/Signal integrity test facilities and other basic test instruments.
7.Have certain mechanical, cabling, and electronic material knowledge
8.Must be familiar with MS office, can write needed documents.
9.Project management experience preferable.
10.Good English speaking and writing abilities； Good Chinese presentation skill
