-University graduated in Mechanical & Electrical & Mechatronics Engineering
-Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical design engineering or manufacturing equipment maintenance
-Familiar with automation technology are preferred, capability of troubleshooting on defect analysis
-Solid experience in AUTOCAD mechanical design
-Hard working, self motivated and be able to work under pressure
-Good command of spoken and written English, Proficient in PC software
-Good interpersonal communication skills and strong leadership competences
Main Responsibility
-Provide technical support to maintenance team.
-Study and redesign components to improve machine performance and reduce running cost
-Monitor ongoing process capability via real-time data feedback
-Evaluate, release of new equipment, process and packages
-Drive various improvement projects in cost saving and production quality
-Work with Process Engineer to tackle equipment problems in order to improve product yield
