-University graduated in Mechanical、 Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering
-Minimum 5 years experience in electronic production field including 3 years experience in supervisory level
-Solid experience on production shop floor management with years of working experience in foreign enterprise, can lead teams to achieve pre-set company goals
-Familiar with assembly& testing and operation elements of electronic component
-Strong leadership competencies and capability on production/process/quality problems analysis and trouble shooting
-Hand on experience on FMEA, SPC, JIT and TPM, experience on quality improvement and productivity improvement
-Good command of spoken and written English
